  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Our appointment policy requires a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or pre-paid session. Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment will also result in forfeiture of the security deposit. To receive a refund of your deposit, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Does JOS Studios accept walk-ins, or is it by appointment only?
    At JOS Studios, we pride ourselves on providing personalized beauty care tailored to your unique needs. To maintain this high standard, we do accept walk-ins, but only if you give us a call in advance. This allows us to ensure that a qualified beauty specialist is available to cater specifically to your requirements, whether it be Custom Lashes, Hair Braids, Waxing, or any of our other exclusive services. By scheduling over the phone, we can better guarantee that your appointment is handled with the utmost care and attention, ensuring an exceptional beauty experience that celebrates your individuality.
  • I’m running late for my appointment?
    Feel free to call us! We understand that delays happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment if you're a JOS Member. If you're more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may apply to your service.
  • Canceling my appointment?
    Non-Members Call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund on your deposit. Members Call us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund on your session. Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • What if my payment doesn’t go through?
    We will attempt to charge your card three times. If the third attempt fails, your membership will be canceled.
  • How do I pay for my membership?
    Memberships are paid using a Visa debit or credit card on file with us through our secure appointment and membership program, Wix Payment. Your card will be billed monthly on the same date your membership was originally set up. For instance, if you activated your membership on January 15th, your next payment will be on February 15th, and so on each month.
  • Can I place my membership on hold at JOS Studios?
    Absolutely! At JOS Studios, we understand that sometimes life gets busy and you might need a break. You can place your membership on hold. Simply inform our team, and they'll assist you with the process. Whether you're taking a vacation, handling personal matters, or just need some time off, we've got you covered. Come back whenever you're ready to continue your beauty journey with our exclusive custom lashes, hair braids, and wax services.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After fulfilling this minimum term, you may request a cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, memberships must be canceled at least 30 days in advance. To cancel your membership, please email our membership team at info.josstudios@gmail.com
  • Do I get discount promo or loyalty points on my monthly membership charges?
    No, you do not receive additional promotions or discounts once you're enrolled in the JOS Membership program. The membership program is designed to incorporate discounted pricing within the membership itself.
  • Can I carry over my membership credits to the next month if I don’t use them?
    No, the membership program isn't a package or credit system. It’s a monthly membership where services must be used within the month you are billed for them.
  • Can I have multiple JOS Memberships?
    Yes! If you're a JOS Lash Premium member and a hair fanatic, you can also get a JOS Hair Premium membership. Additionally, you can take advantage of the JOS Ultimate Membership if you want your hair done regularly, allowing you to benefit from exclusive member pricing.
  • What is a JOS Ultimate Memberships?

  • What is JOS Lash Premium Membership, and what benefits does it offer?
    The JOS Lash Premium Membership is an exclusive plan designed to offer our most loyal members unparalleled access and value across our range of lash services. As a Premium Member, you will enjoy benefits such as priority booking, special discounts on lash products, as well as access to members-only events and JOS exclusive community. Our membership also includes personalized beauty consultations and early access to new products and services.   • Will the lash look I provide as an example match my natural lashes?
    If you provide an example of a lash look, our team will do their best to match it to your desired style. We will consider factors such as your natural lash length, density, and overall eye shape to create a look that suits you while aligning with the example you provided.
  • What is the Lash Policy?
    Our lash services include a 3-day warranty. After the warranty period ends, a touch-up/refill will require an additional fee. Refunds are not available at any stage of the service.
  • What do I need to bring for my hair appointment?
    At JOS Studios, we take pride in creating a luxurious experience for both our members and non-members. Our Beauty Club offers a full range of included services in all hairstyles; hair extensions provided, wash, blow dry, scalp massage, and aromatherapy with every hairstyle. Simply come in and enjoy the unparalleled JOS Experience. *condition applies to human hair

    The JOS Hair Premium Membership is an exclusive plan designed to offer our most loyal members unparalleled access and value across our range of hair services. As a Premium Member, you will enjoy benefits such as priority booking, special discounts on our hair braids, wash and blow dry services, as well as access to members-only events and JOS exclusive community. Our membership also includes personalized beauty consultations and early access to new products and services.   • What is the Hair Refund Policy?
    Refunds are not available at any stage of the service.
